Well versed in the systems they are training. I came in with no knowledge of Camtasia and left feeling much more confident with the skills and tools I needed to create content, thanks to Mark. Would highly recommend Keystroke LearningPosted on Google![]()

I recommend absolutely everyone who needs training to come here. Mark and Brendan run incredible classes and the public courses are guaranteed to run even if you're the only one signed up. That's how I got some one-on-one Excel Advanced training this week. Mark was a fantastic teacher - very patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I've come away thinking Excel is COOL. The training facility is great, they keep it stocked with TimTams, tea and coffee, and there is a food court downstairs for lunch. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😊Posted on Google![]()

Mark delivered a Power BI beginners course to our team, and he was absolutely fantastic! The content was engaging, and he adapted to the specific needs of the attendees. Mark was also incredibly easy to work with to organise this training. I would not hesitate to use Keystroke Learning again for our future training needs!Posted on Google![]()

I did the Excel Intermediate and Advanced training with Mark and I had a great experience. The course took a great holistic approach to covering the different aspects of Excel and Mark also took time to show how different elements of the program could be useful in my role specifically, spending longer on the parts of the program that were necessary for me. With a promise of lifetime support, giving me the ability to reach out at any point where I continue to be a bit stuck with Excel, I am very happy with my choice to train with Keystroke
FAQ's
We know team training comes with a lot of questions, who, what, how many, when, where, and sometimes even why. To save you a few clicks (and a few minutes), we’ve pulled together the most common ones we get from other HR managers, L&D teams, and people just like you.
Where can this Microsoft Access Introduction training be delivered?
We can deliver Access Introduction training wherever it works best for your staff. If you’d like face-to-face training, we’ll come to your office and guide your team through hands-on activities. If online delivery is more convenient, we can run live virtual sessions with plenty of interaction and support. Some organisations even choose a hybrid model so staff can join in whichever way suits them best. The flexibility is built in to make sure your team gets the training without the hassle.
How many staff can attend a Microsoft Access Introduction training session?
Our courses are designed to give every learner time to practise and ask questions, so we usually recommend small to medium groups. This keeps the session interactive and ensures no one gets left behind. That said, we know each organisation has different needs, so we’ll adjust the numbers to suit your team. The main focus is making sure the group size allows us to give enough one-on-one attention where needed.
Can we schedule the Microsoft Access Introduction training at a time that suits us?
Yes, scheduling is flexible. You might prefer a half-day overview to get started, a full day to go deeper, or split sessions across several dates so staff can absorb the material without feeling overwhelmed. We’ll work with you to arrange training around your organisation’s schedule, so learning doesn’t clash with busy workloads.
What will my team be able to do after the Microsoft Access Introduction course?
By the end of the course, participants will understand how to create and manage databases in Microsoft Access. They’ll know how to build tables, set up relationships, and create queries that produce useful information. They’ll also gain practical experience in designing simple forms and reports. This means they’ll be ready to start using Access for day-to-day data tasks with confidence.
Do participants need any prior knowledge of Microsoft Access?
No. This introductory course starts from scratch and assumes no prior knowledge of Access. While a basic understanding of other Microsoft Office programs is helpful, it isn’t essential. We guide participants step by step so they can follow along comfortably, even if they’ve never used a database before.
Can the Microsoft Access Introduction training content be customised to our needs?
Yes. If your organisation already works with specific databases or data sets, we can adapt the examples to reflect your workflows. This makes the training more relevant and ensures staff can immediately apply their learning to real projects. While the standard outline covers the essentials, tailoring the content means participants get even more value from the session.
Will staff receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, everyone who attends the course will receive a digital certificate of completion. This can be shared internally as evidence of professional development or added to their LinkedIn profile as a public acknowledgment of their new skills. It’s a simple but effective way of recognising the effort and learning they’ve put in.
Do you provide support after the Microsoft Access Introduction training?
Yes, lifetime support is included as part of every course. That means if staff come across a Microsoft Access problem weeks or months later, they can email us for help. We’ll provide the guidance they need so they can continue applying their skills confidently. This ongoing support ensures the benefits of the course last well beyond the training day.
