Well versed in the systems they are training. I came in with no knowledge of Camtasia and left feeling much more confident with the skills and tools I needed to create content, thanks to Mark. Would highly recommend Keystroke LearningPosted on Google![]()

I recommend absolutely everyone who needs training to come here. Mark and Brendan run incredible classes and the public courses are guaranteed to run even if you're the only one signed up. That's how I got some one-on-one Excel Advanced training this week. Mark was a fantastic teacher - very patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I've come away thinking Excel is COOL. The training facility is great, they keep it stocked with TimTams, tea and coffee, and there is a food court downstairs for lunch. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😊Posted on Google![]()

Mark delivered a Power BI beginners course to our team, and he was absolutely fantastic! The content was engaging, and he adapted to the specific needs of the attendees. Mark was also incredibly easy to work with to organise this training. I would not hesitate to use Keystroke Learning again for our future training needs!Posted on Google![]()

I did the Excel Intermediate and Advanced training with Mark and I had a great experience. The course took a great holistic approach to covering the different aspects of Excel and Mark also took time to show how different elements of the program could be useful in my role specifically, spending longer on the parts of the program that were necessary for me. With a promise of lifetime support, giving me the ability to reach out at any point where I continue to be a bit stuck with Excel, I am very happy with my choice to train with Keystroke
FAQ's
We know team training comes with a lot of questions, who, what, how many, when, where, and sometimes even why. To save you a few clicks (and a few minutes), we’ve pulled together the most common ones we get from other HR managers, L&D teams, and people just like you.
Where can this Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced training be delivered?
We can deliver Intermediate/Advanced Access training in the way that suits your team best. If you’d like in-person learning, we’ll run the session at your office with direct, hands-on coaching. If your team is spread out, we can deliver it online with interactive demonstrations and activities. Some clients prefer a blended option, so staff can join either in person or virtually. The delivery format is completely flexible to fit your workplace.
How many staff can attend a Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced training session?
These sessions work best with small to medium groups, where participants can dive into the details and still get plenty of trainer support. We’ll recommend the ideal group size based on your training goals, but we’re happy to adjust to your needs. What matters is that everyone has the chance to practise intermediate and advanced techniques and have their questions answered along the way.
Can we schedule the Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced training at a time that suits us?
Yes. You might want two full days to tackle intermediate and advanced features thoroughly, or perhaps several shorter sessions to spread the learning out. We’ll plan the schedule with you, so the training complements your team’s workload rather than competing with it. Our goal is to maximise learning without disrupting your business.
What will my team be able to do after the Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced course?
After this course, participants will be able to design and manage complex databases with confidence. They’ll learn how to create advanced queries, design customised forms and reports, and use macros for automation. They’ll also explore best practices for efficiency and reliability. By the end, they’ll have the skills to handle more sophisticated database requirements in your organisation.
Do participants need any prior knowledge of Microsoft Access?
Yes. Learners should already be comfortable with the basics, including tables, simple queries, and basic forms. This ensures they can keep pace with the more advanced topics without feeling overwhelmed. If your staff are completely new to Access, we’d recommend starting with the Introduction course first.
Can the Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced training content be customised to our needs?
Definitely. We can adapt the training so that the examples and exercises reflect the way your organisation uses data. That might mean working with case studies from your industry or incorporating your actual databases into the training. This makes the learning much more relevant and directly applicable to the work your staff are already doing.
Will staff receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, everyone who completes the Intermediate/Advanced Access course will receive a certificate. This acts as proof of the new skills they’ve developed and can be kept on record internally or shared on professional platforms. It’s a great way to recognise their achievement and highlight your organisation’s investment in training.
Do you provide support after the Microsoft Access Intermediate/Advanced training?
Yes, we offer lifetime support for all participants. If someone encounters a tricky database challenge weeks later, they can get in touch, and we’ll help guide them through it. This ongoing support ensures your team doesn’t just learn the skills during the course but continues to apply them successfully long afterwards.
