Well versed in the systems they are training. I came in with no knowledge of Camtasia and left feeling much more confident with the skills and tools I needed to create content, thanks to Mark. Would highly recommend Keystroke LearningPosted on Google![]()

I recommend absolutely everyone who needs training to come here. Mark and Brendan run incredible classes and the public courses are guaranteed to run even if you're the only one signed up. That's how I got some one-on-one Excel Advanced training this week. Mark was a fantastic teacher - very patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I've come away thinking Excel is COOL. The training facility is great, they keep it stocked with TimTams, tea and coffee, and there is a food court downstairs for lunch. I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😊Posted on Google![]()

Mark delivered a Power BI beginners course to our team, and he was absolutely fantastic! The content was engaging, and he adapted to the specific needs of the attendees. Mark was also incredibly easy to work with to organise this training. I would not hesitate to use Keystroke Learning again for our future training needs!Posted on Google![]()

I did the Excel Intermediate and Advanced training with Mark and I had a great experience. The course took a great holistic approach to covering the different aspects of Excel and Mark also took time to show how different elements of the program could be useful in my role specifically, spending longer on the parts of the program that were necessary for me. With a promise of lifetime support, giving me the ability to reach out at any point where I continue to be a bit stuck with Excel, I am very happy with my choice to train with Keystroke

Adobe Acrobat FAQ
What level of Adobe Acrobat knowledge do I need to take your courses?
No previous Adobe Acrobat experience needed! Whether you’re completely new to Adobe Acrobat or have been trying to figure it out on your own, our course starts from the basics. If you can use a mouse and keyboard, you’re ready to begin. Even if you’ve been using PDFs for a while, you’ll discover proper techniques that make your work easier and more efficient.
How long are your Adobe Acrobat courses?
Our Adobe Acrobat Introduction course is delivered over a full day, generally scheduled from 9 am to 4 pm. The format is structured to give participants the chance to work through the most important features step by step, while keeping the time commitment practical for the workplace.
Do I need to have Adobe Acrobat installed before the course?
Yes, you’ll need to bring a laptop with Adobe Acrobat installed. A non-expired trial version is perfectly fine, but you will need your own Adobe account. Don’t have a laptop? No worries! Let us know in advance and we can organise one for you – you’ll just need to bring your Adobe account details to log in. This ensures you’re ready to start learning from the moment you arrive.
For group training, each participant will need access to a laptop or other computer with Adobe Acrobat installed. A valid trial version is fine, provided it hasn’t expired, and everyone will need their own Adobe account. Having this set up beforehand means your team is ready to get started as soon as the training begins, whether it’s delivered at your workplace, online, or at our training centre.
What course materials do you provide?
Manuals and Training Files
So that you won’t need to carry home a printed manual, all participants on our face-to-face courses receive a PDF copy of the course manual and associated training files.
However, a printed copy can be made available at an additional cost.
Participants also get a pen and A5 Notepad to scribble down all those lovely tips and tricks for later.
Manuals and Training Files
For courses delivered online, links to our course manuals and exercise files are made available to participants to download prior to training. If you forget to download the files, they will be available on the day.
Can you customise the Adobe Acrobat course content for our company's needs?
You bet! For group bookings, we can tailor the Adobe Acrobat training to focus on your specific business needs and workflows.
We’ll chat with you beforehand to understand your team’s requirements and skill levels, then adjust the content accordingly.
Whether it’s focusing on specific features or using your own documents as examples, we’ll make sure the training hits the mark.
How will the course be taught? Will it be lecture-style or hands-on?
Get ready for a hands-on learning experience! You’ll work on practical exercises on your own computer, with our expert trainer right there to guide you. We’re not fans of long lectures, instead, you’ll learn by doing, with plenty of time to practice each new skill. Our small Adobe Acrobat class sizes mean you’ll get personalised attention when you need it.
Is the course curriculum up-to-date with the latest Adobe Acrobat features and best practices?
Absolutely! We continuously update our course content to match the latest Adobe Acrobat features and industry best practices. Our trainers stay on top of new developments to ensure you’re learning current, relevant skills that you can apply immediately at work. Plus, we focus on techniques that work across different versions, so your skills stay valuable.
Will I be able to apply what I learn immediately in my work?
How many people can attend a training session?
Courses at Your Workplace (We Come To you)
Our group sessions are designed to optimise the learning experience:
- Standard capacity: Up to 10 participants
- This size ensures:
- Individual attention for each learner
- Beneficial group interactions
- A comfortable environment for questions and discussion
- For larger groups:
- Additional learners can be accommodated for an extra cost per person
- Multiple sessions can be arranged
- Other options are available to meet specific needs
We try to cap our courses so each learner receives personal attention. This creates a comfortable learning environment where participants can ask questions freely without the fear of being judged or feeling anxious about public speaking.
Courses at Our Training Centre
Sessions held here are perfect if you’d like your team to learn away from the office in a dedicated learning space. You choose the date that suits your group, and we’ll host you at our Melbourne facility.
- Group Size: Our training centre can accommodate up to 6 participants, this ensures:
- Individual attention
- Group interaction benefits
- Comfortable learning environment

Suite 613, Level 6,
1 Queens Road
Melbourne, VIC 3004.
Live Online Training
Our Live Online Training sessions are designed to bring the classroom to you, no matter where your team is located. Delivered via video conferencing, these sessions give participants the same interactive, hands-on experience as face-to-face training.
Group Size: Up to 10 participants, keeping the training practical and interactive while still allowing time for individual support.
How it works:
Participants join from their own computers using a secure online link
Trainers share content, demonstrate tasks, and guide the group step by step
Learners can ask questions, practise skills, and receive real-time feedback
This format is ideal for remote teams or organisations with staff across multiple locations, offering flexibility without losing the benefits of a live, instructor-led session.
How does your Adobe Acrobat training differ from free online tutorials?
Unlike one-size-fits-all online tutorials, our Adobe Acrobat training is interactive and responsive to your needs. Got a question? Ask it right there and then. Stuck on something? Our trainer will help you through it.
You’ll also benefit from learning alongside others, picking up tips from their questions and experiences. Plus, our structured approach ensures you build a solid foundation of skills, rather than picking up random tips that might not fit together.
What is the cost of the course, and are there any additional fees?
Think of our training like your favourite coffee order, it comes in different sizes and with plenty of variations, because every organisation’s requirements are different, we’ll prepare a tailored quote to give you an exact cost.
If you’d like a ballpark figure before requesting a quote, take a look at our Pricing and Customisation page. There you’ll find guide prices that show what most clients can expect, with no hidden extras. Your course fee includes everything needed including training materials, resources, and plenty of those “aha!” moments.
Need a quote or have questions? Give us a ring at (03) 9999 7780, shoot us an email at [email protected], or through our contact form. We’re always happy to chat!
How does the cost compare to other Adobe Acrobat training options?
Our pricing is competitive, and we believe we offer the best value for several reasons:
- Expert trainers who know how to teach, not just use the software.
- Hands-on, interactive training (not just watching someone else).
- Comprehensive course materials.
- Lifetime post-course support (most providers don’t offer this!)
- Small class sizes for individual attention.
- When comparing costs, consider the long-term value of proper training versus the time spent struggling with inefficient methods.
What is the policy for missed classes, cancellation or rescheduling?
We know that life often throws up the unexpected and so we offer as much flexibility on our courses as we commercially are able to.
However, when you book a course, we can’t offer that place to someone else. Therefore, we need to put a limit on changes and cancellations.
Cancelling the Course:
- 5+ business days before start date: No fee
- 1-5 business days before start date: 25% of course fee
Transferring to Another Date
- One reschedule request allowed per booking
- 5+ business days before start date: No fee
- 1-5 business days before start date: 25% of course fee (in addition to course fee)
All requests must be must be provided to Keystroke Learning via e-mail at [email protected].
Do you offer any follow-up support after the course?
Adobe Acrobat can be a great learning experience, but questions are bound to pop up like toast in a toaster and we are happy to help by addressing those questions.
We provide lifetime post-course support via email, phone even Teams and Zoom.
Contact us for any questions that might arise as you start applying your new skills.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes! Upon completing your training course, you’ll be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
This certificate confirms your participation and the specific skills covered in your chosen course.
After successfully finishing the course, participants will receive a PDF Certificate of Completion via email, provided that we have received their details.
Can you explain what 'closed course' means?
A closed course is a specific type of training arrangement. Let me explain what it typically means:
A closed course, also known as a private course, is:
- Exclusively arranged for a single organisation or group.
- Not open to the general public.
- Often customised to meet the specific needs of the client.
Key features of a closed course:
- Attendees are typically from the same company or organisation.
- The content can be tailored to address specific organisational needs or challenges.
- The schedule is often more flexible, arranged to suit the client’s preferred dates and times.
- Usually held at the client’s premises or at the Keystroke Learning’s training facility.
- The group size can be adjusted based on the organisation’s requirements.
- Confidentiality is maintained as sensitive company information can be discussed freely.
Closed courses are beneficial for organisations that want to train a group of employees together, ensure consistent skill development across a team, or the company.
What is the return on investment (ROI) of taking the course?
The ROI of investing in Adobe Acrobat training can be significant. Many of our students report increased productivity, the ability to take on more complex tasks, and even career advancement after applying their new skills.
While it’s hard to put an exact figure on it, think about how much time you could save each week by becoming more efficient. Over a year, this can lead to substantial time and cost savings for you or your organisation.
Let’s use a one-day course, priced at $470 with a 6-hour duration, as an example. For a participant earning $40 per hour, the total investment, including opportunity cost, is $710 ($470 + $240).
If the course enables the participant to save just 10 minutes per workday, this translates to 41.67 hours saved annually in a typical work year of 250 workdays.
The value of time saved: 41.67 hours × $40/hour = $1,666.67 per year.
In this example, the course offers an impressive 235% ROI based on productivity gains alone. The participant’s investment breaks even in 107 workdays. Even with a modest estimate of 10 minutes saved per day, this return illustrates how the course has the potential to boost daily efficiency significantly.
