Keystroke Learning - Learning Methods - Seminar Training

Seminar Training Sessions provide attendees with a wealth of information in one place in a condensed period of time.

They provide an excellent solution when you have a large group requiring training. Audience interaction with the facilitator encourages discussion of new ideas generated from attendees. This can lead to a more proactive, engaging session in which the audience has a richer learning experience.

Diverse Content

Seminars can be an excellent way to cover a variety of content. Such diverse topics as Access vs. Excel, Digital Literacy, or the impact of upgrading to Microsoft Office 365 can all be delivered as seminars. They can work for any group size and are particularly well suited for larger groups of staff.

These sessions are also terrific for networking opportunities. A facilitator will encourage discussion and set time aside for questions.

In the case of major changes within your organisation, we can work with you to help articulate the reasons for change and highlight the benefits for your staff.

Follow up for Maximum Impact

Many of our clients choose to follow up their Seminar sessions with Roving Training to support ongoing learning. This way, your staff will gain further benefits.

Key Benefits of Seminar Style Training

  • Ideal for larger groups
  • Assists with change management
  • Cost-effective
  • Minimal disruption – maximum benefit

Other Options

Similar to Seminar training, but better suited to software upgrades or crossgrades, you can also choose to have us deliver your training as Awareness Sessions. These can be the optimal solution when you need to ensure that all staff has the information they need to get going right away with your new systems. Roving Training is also an excellent follow up to ensure that learning is embedded.

Perhaps a more structured training course is the way to go, with our Full Day or Half Day courses. A Workshop session could also work for you, depending on your needs.
